A media facade built around the cross at the front of the main sanctuary. Drawings made by members of the congregation were recomposed as media art, joining the praise of the church ensemble in a flow from darkness to light.

01 Planning
Light opened by the congregation's drawings
In keeping with the worship theme "As the Light of the World," we decided to bring drawings made by the congregation onto the front of the sanctuary. We set the running time and mood for each hymn and built a flow from darkness to light.

02 Design
A projection surface centered on the cross
Leaving the front wall and cross of the sanctuary as they are, we designed the projection area of one 30,000 ANSI lumen projector so that the cross becomes the central axis of the image. The original state of the wall was recorded to make the drafts.

03 Production
The congregation walking the paths in the drawings
The flowers, stairs, and road to church in the congregation's drawings were turned into moving scenes, and new images of a cross of light, two hands, and a dove were created. Brightness was adjusted to the order in which the ensemble takes the stage.

04 Operations
A sanctuary brightening with the choir
On the day of worship, we ran the visuals from the operating desk in time with the hymns. While the 90- member ensemble sang, drawings and light spread behind the cross, and the whole sanctuary became one scene.
