"Cycle" is a media facade about what is born at the speed of division and the harmony that emerges within a feast of dissonance. Through the resemblance between the motion of life and the motion of the universe, it unfolds questions about our existence across the cafe ceiling and an orbit-shaped structure.

01 Planning
An orbit of division and harmony
From the idea that the motion of life resembles the motion of the universe, we drew the speed of division and harmony within dissonance as an orbit. The flow of the space was planned to lead visitors to look into deeper layers within themselves.

02 Design
Designing the ceiling and orbit structure
The cafe ceiling and a Π-shaped orbit structure were modeled in 3D, and the projection angles of four 7,000 ANSI lumen projectors were simulated. We created drawings through spatial scanning and designed the content guide.

03 Production
Nebulae spreading across the ceiling
Video and sound were produced so that nebulae and orbits spread across the entire ceiling while lasers and lines land on the structure. Multiple projectors and lighting were aligned into a single image.
04 Operations
Visitors standing beneath the orbit
Beneath the universe spread across the ceiling and the red lasers, visitors passed between the orbit structures and stood in the middle of the trails of light. Under light moving along the orbit, the entire space connected into one scene.
